Yea maybe only 1 cable for the uni-fans, which is not a new thing, but what about the other 2 for the pump (1x sata/usb for power + 1x 3/4 pins for the circus puke) ?
This still adds up to 3 cables total, not 1 as claimed.....perhaps they are using that "funny math" that is taught in the US schools nowadayz :D
And to add insult to injury, it reloads its bloatware on every update. You always have to manually clean up the MSI folder after every update. To MSI's minor credit, this is at least a pretty fast and painless affair since they have an uninst.exe in every folder so you just need to end all MSI processes, go through the folders and uninstall all the crap like Nahimic or their PSU software (I don't own a MSI PSU) or their Case software (I don't own a MSI case) and so on.
It's such a needless chore and it shows they have zero respect for their customers by reloading this stuff on every update.
Last but not least, MSI Center also can not keep some settings between updates. I always have to disable the LED effects (profile 1) of my MSI RTX 4090 SuprimX after every update because MSI Center is incapable of saving that profile.
Never again. I will upgrade to Zen 5 when the X870E boards are available and I will retire the MSI AiO when I make the switch. I'm currently considering a software-free AiO. My favorite is the Alphacool Eisbaer 360 Black. I was also interested in Arctic LF III 360 but there are too many user reports of noisy/rattling pumps for my comfort. I think I will try the Alphacool instead and maybe swap out the radiator fans if they are too noisy...
