Sharkoon Unveils AK6 RGB and MK6 RGB Case Series

If you want a stylishly modern glass look for your hardware, then the AK6 RGB is just what you need! This eye-catching ATX case not only puts the focus on the hardware, but also on a good airflow. This is thanks to four pre-installed addressable RGB fans along with a specially designed intake of air through a side panel. In addition, the AK6 RGB is equipped with modern connectivity, broad BTF mainboard compatibility, and plenty of space for components.

Stylish Glass Look
A special highlight of the AK6 RGB is the modern look of the tempered glass, which forms a continuous window around the front and side of the case.
Ideal Airflow for Glass PC Cases
For an ideal airflow, the AK6 RGB comes with four pre-installed addressable 120 mm RGB LED PWM fans, three of which have a reverse airflow to draw air into the case through the side panel. For even more airflow, there is enough room for up to nine fans.

Space for up to Two Radiators
If you prefer water cooling for the AK6 RGB, a 360 mm radiator can be simultaneously operated with another radiator of up to 280 mm.

Support for BTF Mainboards
In addition to conventional Mini-ITX, micro-ATX or ATX mainboards, the AK6 RGB is compatible with almost all BTF formats on the market.

Ideal Connections
On the left side of the AK6 RGB, a TRRS port and a USB-C port are also available, allowing up-to-date connectivity with a wide range of mobile and peripheral devices. In addition, a controller provides the connection and operation of up to four LED components and four PWM fans.

Spacious Design Inside
The AK6 RGB can accommodate large graphics cards of up to 41 cm, while mounting support is provided by a rubberized graphics card holder. CPU coolers with a height of up to 17 cm will find room in the case, as well as power supply units with a length of up to 23.5 cm. And there is installation space for up to two 3.5" HDDs or four 2.5" SSDs.

MK6 RGB
In addition to the AK6 RGB, the MK6 RGB is also available as a more compact micro-ATX version in black or white.
Price and Availability
The AK6 RGB and the MK6 RGB are now available in black or white at a recommended retail price of 84.90 euros and 79.90 euros respectively.

There are not that many cases with reverse support, not in the budget range there isn't (IMO). The market needs to saturate one way or another, so yeah.....

There are quite a few budget cases available even from likes of CM and Montech with reserve connector support. As things stand right now there isnt a single "standard" on placement of internal headers for reverse side connectors and they just create more problems than they solve in cases with traditional layout since these cheapo cases dont have enough room for cable management behind the motherboard tray. Reverse connectors only make sense for dual chamber cases and you should avoid these cheap cases(with PSU at bottom or top) with support for reverse connectors like a plague due to questionable quality(motherboard tray with those massive cut outs making already filmsy case feel like it will break if you look at it wrong way) and lack of space behind the motherboard tray for bulky USB 3, Type C and Power connectors.
