YUNZII Launches x MADLION MAD68 HE Budget Hall Effect Wired Gaming Keyboard

YUNZII has introduced the MAD68 HE, a budget-friendly wired gaming keyboard featuring an 8,000 Hz polling rate and Hall Effect magnetic switches. Built for gamers on a tight budget, it does not lack premium-oriented features, such as a low latency of 0.125 ms and 0.02 mm actuation accuracy combined with Rapid Trigger technology. The Dynamic Keystroke (DKS) allows customization, enabling users to assign multiple functions per key press and adjust actuation points. For more advanced customization it relies on YUNZII's web-based software, which allows users to adjust Hall Effect settings, remap keys, configure macros, and personalize the south-facing RGB lighting effects.

The YUNZII MAD68 HE came in a 65% compact layout measuring 320 x 116 x 37 mm with the inclusion of directional keys being a nice touch. The MAD68 HE also features hot-swappable magnetic switches (Magnetic Amber Pro Switches) for effortless replacements. Also, it features N-Key Rollover (NKRO) for accurate key registration while a reinforced metal positioning plate and multiple layers of sound-dampening foam provide users with a stable and comfortable typing experience. Another little addition is the personalized strap that can be attached to the keyboard.

That strap is there to prevent someone stealing your keyboard while walking her through the busy city streets. But I guess it's kinda worse to copy such an useless feature, than to come up with it.

I am a dangling keyboard wandering nomad...on the cold hard streets of here and there.

There’s such a thing as LAN parties, local grassroots e-sports tournaments and e-cafes are still popular in certain parts of the world.

You still don't walk around with your periferals hanging from your pockets and wrist straps.

Actually, surprisingly enough, but judging by a recent LAN FGC tourney I attended with a friend - some people absolutely do.

I'm happy for them, and for all of you people that still have that awesome social behaviour around. I've never had that.

I just might get the MAD68 pro version that comes with a full aluminum chassis and Gateron Jade magnetic switches to play with. :)

It's around 65 bucks inclusive of custom duties, not too expensive to try and see if I like this smaller form factor better than TKL.

the problem is they're copying a unique feature, and that makes the product already dimished... like "oh you couldn't afford the real thing, so you got the other one with a strap".

Been away for a few days, but forgot to say that notch with or without strap would bug the hell out of me.
