To cater to users who require an extreme graphical solution for graphic-intensive games, ASUS, a leading provider of high-performance graphics solutions, today introduced the new ASUS EAH2900XT AquaTank/G/HTVDI/512M. Featuring the ASUS exclusive new generation AquaTank cooling technology, this top-notch graphical solution caters to extreme gamers by providing maximum cooling for the most advanced high-performance ASUS EAH2900XT. Together with the gamer-styled heatsink, this exclusive bundle includes these massive game titles - S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadows of Chernobyl and RACE THE WTCC; and a voucher coupon for Valve's "The Black Box" game bundle suite which consists of 3 tier 1 games: Half Life 2: Episode Two, Team Fortress 2 and Portal.

Extreme Cooling Performance
The ASUS EAH2900XT AquaTank comes equipped with thicker water pipes to carry away more heat; and a larger water tank that contains more coolant. The unique heat sink module design also dissipates heat efficiently - providing lower temperatures for better performance. Additionally, the air flow design automatically brings flow-in cold air which cools the GPU & RAM. Compared with reference design boards, the EAH2900XT AquaTank is able to lower the GPU temperature by an outstanding 10°C to provide users with the best gaming experience.

User-Friendly Hardware Design
Besides having an impressive cooling performance, theEAH2900XT AquaTank also adopts a user-friendly design to provide convenience and flexibility to the user. Compared with other DIY upgrade kits, users can easily utilize the EAH2900XT Aquatank's simple two-step installation with the all-in-one module design. Furthermore, the Water Flow Alarm alerts the user when coolant stops flowing and the water level on the tank itself gives users a gauge as to when a refill is needed. Additionally, coolant refills can be easily accomplished by simply unscrewing the button on the water tank side; and the enhanced pipe connector design ensures that there is no danger of coolant leakage.

Exclusive S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl bundle
One of the biggest selling points of the ASUS EAH2900XT AquaTank is that it is bundled with THQ's critically-acclaimed, survival horror First-Person Shooter (FPS) game S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl developed by GSC Game World. "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl is an immersive and atmospheric open-ended FPS, so the graphical portions of the game are very detailed and takes a card with powerful performance and high quality to bring out the best graphics of this game," said Ian Curran, Senior Vice President of International Publishing, THQ. "The ASUS EAH2900XT AquaTank/G/HTVDI/512M certainly fits the bill, and THQ is pleased to bundle S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl with ASUS' high-end graphics card."

Splendid Video Intelligence Technology
With Splendid Video Intelligence Technology, images enabled by ASUS graphics cards are fine tuned to deliver vibrant visual representations in conditions most favorable to the human eye. Therefore, watching movies on the PC is just as good as top-of-the-line consumer televisions. Splendid is also a perfect companion to AMD's Avivo HD technology, which provides hardware acceleration for video decoding.

Exclusive ASUS GamerOSD for Versatile Graphics Usage
The ASUS EAH2900XT AquaTank also comes with the exclusive ASUS GamerOSD that unleashes the true power of ASUS' VGA cards. This feature is able to deliver GPU overclocking and chat options from onscreen displays during gameplay - allowing users real-time performance upgrades when they require it. Additionally, it also provides users with the option to record live gaming action or live broadcasting over the Internet with ease.

Wasn't the Black Box cancelled/discontinued though? I thought it was Orange Box for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Does this mean the voucher will work for Orange Box?

That is one nice looking Beast, Ketxxx. Sure, its huge, but I would hope the reservoir/pump deal would be able to be setup somewhere.

I was thinking it would be a bitch to refill but after reading and also checking the pic...shouldnt be a problem. I like very much. Now just make a 1GB version!!!

No, it just means you get to download the games that were supposed to be in the Black Box. "The Black Box" came with my 2900, and I'm just able to download the games individually thru Steam.
