i have an xps 400 which is fair enough except for the fact that it is restricted to only to p4/pD cpus and my cpu run at a core voltage of 3.02volts, rest assured this xps 420 will be very limited for upgrading in the very near future, i wouldn't recommend any dell system to anyone who can find the components cheaper themselves.

I've worked on this system today at a client's house. It's tool-less. But it seemed to be a lilttle weak to hold those PCI add-on cards.

Yay, more overpriced high-end hardware from Dell that will never unleash its full potential due to crappy motherboards and nooby users who were dumb enough to buy an XPS rather than build it themselves :shadedshu

average..
That case has to much going on for my liking, and i dont like the blue plastic inside and with the money that will cost surely they could have came up with a solution like the P182 for all the cables hanging around.

[[and off topic but speaking of crappy motherboreds, who killed all the good nf4 939 mobo's :( ]]

Geez guys, stop bashing dell, the fact that you enthusiasts think that the general consumer will want to buy your systems that you build is VERY Naive. Honestly, most consumers who buy from these "unknown companies" have balls of steel, i've seen a "custom builder's" system and if i was a normal consumer, i WOULD NOT BUY IT. Dell makes sure the system works, have a second thought about it guys.

Is this a fancy way of saying that Dell is getting into the graphics card business ;).
