Auzentech Dolby Digital Live X-Fi Prelude Driver Now Available
Auzentech announced today the release of Dolby Digital Live support for the X-Fi Prelude Soundcard. A real-time encoding technology, Dolby Digital Live converts any audio signal into a Dolby Digital bitstream for transport and playback through a home theater system. With it, your PC or game console can be hooked up to your Dolby Digital-equipped audio/video receiver or digital speaker system via a single digital connection. All Auzentech X-Fi Prelude owners may now proceed to the free soundcard driver update download link.

The Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Fatal1ty Professional is the best performing card with games, on planet Earth. Nothing comes even close. :p
EDIT: The best sounding card was the X-Meridian, it's no more in production.
Now if only Creative would get on the ball for their lineup :ohwell:
Well yes it defi is a little more voluminous now. But at times it is getting choppy.
I still wish Creative would get off their ass . . . but, their big issue right now is Vista drivers
Earlier when switching bw Game and Entertainment modes, sometimes it would give out a loud hissing sound....like old TVs without signals make "hissssss". That is totally gone.
:nutkick:.....this is to Microsoft for disintegrating DirectSound from Vista (DX 10)
BTW, this driver for the Auzen card....it was made by Creative.
