Its not necesary a person to kill the killer. The justice and the society will take care of it, and in the case if you kill a person because he killed another one , you are breaking the rule so you dont have the rigth to live except if you did it because you thought your life was in danger.

and the way I look at it - genetics and up bringing affect how we as individuals are; People who can commit such atrocious acts should be permanently removed from the gene pool, so that any violent traits can be squelched - asides, public boradcasting of such punishments for these crimes, and I guarantee you that people will act more like civil, peaceful adults than like children. I think so many people have become jaded by a criminal system here in the US that hides away our criminals instead of making examples of them, that no one stops to think about the consequences of their actions anymore.

Righteous indignation can be used to create nobility in the most deplorable of acts. Just because a behavior is rooted in twisted mores, it does not make it a suitable response.
