Armari reveals XCP computer
UK company Armari has decided to reveal its "top secret XCP über-PC project" to Hexus:The above is a result of two years of research and development. The goal was simple: to build a computer that would offer the best performance, not staying away from exotic cooling technologies like liquid nitrogen, liquid fluorocarbon immersion, TEC, and phase-change. Unlike most benchmarking machines however, this one was designed to run 24/7.
Once the XCP goes into production, a liquid-cooled model, with appropriately extravagant hardware, should cost in the region of £10,000. The computer will be available in limited numbers.

looks kinda monolith like, ah so yeah kick ass, dam shame i havent got bucket loads of money to burn.
the results is a "think" that look like .... (you named what look) and also will cost 10000£. with this money can buy 5 top high end pc for the next 5 years :).
so the practicality and the market place for this "uber PC" is constant and try to be ZERO .
If this think cost 10000£, what price we will pay for the upgrade ?
Hut's floating dessert boat have a better look that this. :D
Anyway it sounds like this system is not user upgradeable so in a year or so the"umber"will be a "good PC" and in two will be a" decent PC" Until it's a crazy looking system for the kids to do homework on. The top end falls fast these days, not worth it IMO.
looks kool though.
