For anyone interested, I've had reports that Xtreme's G 180.42 have worked quite well for the 200 series. I believe it's more stability than performance.

I don't particularly like Xtreme's tweaks, but it's worth mentioning.

That apply to all nVidia drivers! Not only Betas ^^

I'll test this one, and post my experience. Really hope, that they fixed the "Red screen of plague", the whql version of driver was suffering from. I do use a TV with my card..

Nope, It was the same 8800GTS with Quadro drivers ;)
It shows as Quadro because i edited only device id's in Quadro drivers. :)

Oops :o
That's pretty interesting though that you got that much better performance with Quadro drivers.

I hope these are better for me then the last driver i used (177.83 - whql for XP x64). They were great for all my new games, noticed upto 20% improvement. The older games did not seem to agree, noticed upto 90% loss in performance.

Here For Good!
These drivers carry on the unloading of work from cpu to gpu that the older 180xxx series drivers do. I'm seeing almost zero cpu use while folding. With improved gaming performance. A slight win for us gamer/folder types!
