Thanks for stating the obvious... :rolleyes: This is far from the demise of the mac. In fact, its quite possibly the demise of the massive marketshare microshaft has. You can already freely swap ram, HDD with even the old old old imacs... but sshhh.. most people dont know that ;)

You already can. I did. Its a pain in the butt, but it can be done. It will never be released like XP is, so dont hold your breath. Any possible way to do it requires braking the licenseagreement, effectivly breaking many laws (one of which includes the DMCA and reverse engineering laws).

But its quite nice :)

well, I suppose Mac vs. XP is a personal preference lol. Once you know the OS you like, NOBODY can change your opinion lol. So yeah, I'm an XP fanboy :p
