The AMD A10-5745M is a mobile processor with 4 cores, launched in June 2013. It is part of the A10 lineup, using the Richland architecture with Socket FP2. A10-5745M has 1 MB of L2 cache per core and operates at 2.1 GHz by default, but can boost up to 2.9 GHz, depending on the workload. AMD is making the A10-5745M on a 32 nm production node using 1,178 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on A10-5745M, which limits its overclocking potential. With a TDP of 25 W, the A10-5745M consumes only little energy. AMD's processor supports DDR3 memory with a dual-channel interface. This processor features the Radeon HD 8610G integrated graphics solution. Hardware virtualization is available on the A10-5745M, which greatly improves virtual machine performance.
