The Intel Pentium 2020M is a mobile processor with 2 cores, launched in September 2012. It is part of the Pentium lineup, using the Ivy Bridge architecture with Socket G2 (988B). Pentium 2020M has 2 MB of L3 cache and operates at 2.4 GHz. Intel is building the Pentium 2020M on a 22 nm production process using 1,400 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Pentium 2020M, which limits its overclocking capabilities. With a TDP of 35 W, the Pentium 2020M consumes only little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR3 memory with a dual-channel interface. This processor features the Intel HD integrated graphics solution. Hardware virtualization is available on the Pentium 2020M, which greatly improves virtual machine performance.
