The Intel Pentium 3805U was a mobile processor with 2 cores, launched in March 2015, at an MSRP of $161. It is part of the Pentium lineup, using the Broadwell-U architecture with BGA 1168. Pentium 3805U has 2 MB of L3 cache and operates at 1900 MHz. Intel is making the Pentium 3805U on a 14 nm production node using 1,300 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Pentium 3805U, which limits its overclocking potential.
