If that's the case then something is interfering with the driver, if your motherboard has a on-board gpu, go to your bios and disable it, also make sure your video boards are set as the primary display, I noticed the your 780ti
still has a "!", that usually means a driver is having a problem, the following are all of the possible reasons I can think of at the moment:

1. The official driver installer from nvidia had a problem and didn't finish installing properly.
2. Your date/time are substantially off on your computer.
3. Your anti-virus is causing a problem with the Install.cmd.
4. Your sli bridge is having a problem (or not seated properly).
5. 1 of your video boards is bad (not likely though).

Go to the properties of your 780ti and see what it says about what driver is installed, you can also run event viewer and see if it lists anything.

- integrated graphics card is disabled in BIOS
- the official Nvidia driver install, without any errors
- after install OFICIAL drivers Nvidia

- after Install.cmd, Nvidia control panel, it is possible to enable SLI mode. YES!
- but as soon activate SLI mode. Disable graphics cards and badge "!"

Post the official nvidia driver installer you used somewhere where I can get it, I'm going to try and patch the nvlddmkm.sys file from it, the fact that we are in 2 different regions might be causing a problem.

You can try event viewer, When it comes up look under "administrative events" you want the error logs and maybe the warning logs.
Did you turn off uac on your computer?

Something else that might help is to capture the text from the install.cmd and post the text file so I can translate it and read on my end, try this:

Go back to the folder where the Install.cmd is, open a command prompt and type "Install.cmd > out.txt" and post the out.txt here or as a file where I can download it. There may be other hints in
the out.txt that I can't read at the moment.

I tried running the out.txt through google translator, but all it does is error out so that didn't help.

Have you had any luck with event viewer?

I looked at the event. but I found nothing that indicated the video card driver(

It is possible. that the system has some glitches ?
I think the only option left. install the system and try again

Here's what we have at the moment:

1. You install the official nvidia drivers, you don't have sli mode (expected) both boards are listed as active video devices in the device manager.
2. You install the specific patched nvlddmkm.sys for your region with (hopefully) no errors (can't tell for sure since I can't read all of the text).
3. After installation of patched driver at least 1 board has a "!" by it.
4. Assuming no errors during the Install.cmd I'm stumped at the moment as to why this isn't working.

You could check in your bios to make sure you don't have to turn on something related to crossfire or sli mode.

That's a lot of extra work, but it's possible something didn't install properly somewhere outside of the Install.cmd, but I've never seen anyone have this much trouble getting the patched driver running,
there were a couple of other people on here previously that were having problems, but they didn't have to reinstall their operating system, you'll be the first to try that.
Good luck!

I'd rather not run the Install.cmd on my end unless I'm actually updating my driver, I can read a little of your Install.cmd text
the parts I'm mostly interested in are the following:

There are no warnings, there doesn't seem to be any errors, 1 file was successfully processed

You can check this to a degree by going to "c:\windows\system32\drivers" and find the installed nvlddmkm.sys, it should have a date somewhere between 11/9/15 & todays date,
if the date is before 11/9/15, then it didn't install properly.

Thanks for all your help jbailey8,
I ran the single card through 3DMark and scored 5197 and after using DifferentSLI and enabling SLI with my two GTX560Ti cards I ran 3DMark and got a score of 8181

Wait a minute. I see that "aspec7878" has two non-identical video cards -- a GTX670 and GTX780

I don't think you can SLI those two together.

So, i uninstalled every single driver, from nvidia, installed them again, but there's still the text in the right cornor at the bottom, saying "Test Mode, Windows 7, Build 7601" Why is that?

To utgb:

Differentsliauto tries to activate sli mode on 2 video boards that are different, the results can be a little unpredictable if the differences are large, but those 2 boards a close enough to work
together in my opinion.
----------------------

To Jesper2370:

That's normal, the patched driver is signed from a untrusted source (Differentsliauto), so windows goes into test mode, you can disable test mode, but doing so will disable the patched driver,
there's not really any way around this.
