this should help a lot as well!!

in grim tools https://www.grimtools.com/ you have interactive map with notable landmarks on it (including info for those locations)
it has search function. when you are looking for quest mobs or map bosses it will mark on map all possible spawn points
also multi level dungeons and passages are presented with corresponding layers so when you click on entrance/exit icon it will move you to next level/floor
since map of the game is static it is very easy to find your location and navigate to your goal

in the item database when you search for item beside item stats you can find also drop table with mobs that you need to farm and their location.

On PC, I'm currently playing Star Wars Battlefront II (it's like my main, one that I have a toxic love/hate relationship with lol), LEGO Star Wars: Skywalker Saga, FFVIII: Remastered, Raft. Also recently picked up Far Cry: Blood Dragon (wanted to play it for years) + Far Cry 5 on sale.

On console (Switch), I'm playing Metroid Prime Remastered (it's beautiful!) and my copy of Metroid Dread came in the mail today - been waiting NINETEEN years to see what follows after Fusion!

How a game from 2007 (S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl) beats a game from 2015 (Fallout 4). One runs in native fullscreen without any issue, the other fails to launch 7 out of 10 and only runs borderless at 1080.

@SN2716057 to be completely fair to fallout 4, almost every modern game these days has a borderless fullscreen only mode. God of War comes to mind, even world of warcraft was updated to no longer have a dedicated fullscreen mode from what i recall. Borderless windowed mode just seems to me the new way of doing things, i have no idea why.

Mods, my man, mods galore! Anyway, with this mod you can force fullscreen mode, among other things. The standard Fallout launcher does have the ability to tick off both Windowed as well as Borderless but on my rig that just doesn't work well. Now with this handy tool I can even set the horrible default FOV from 70 to whatever I like.
