I just leave my power limits alone on my 58X3D. I give it a -28 all core curve and call it a day.

X3Ds are pretty much "locked" at their advertised speed.
Not much you can do, other than trying to make them run cooler with CO.

NonX3Ds can boost way higher than default specs as long as you keep them cooled
