People are already forgetting that a $60 game buys about 60 hours of play time. Pretty sure CDPR built their game on this premise, much like W3. They string enough enjoyable content together for the main story to last 40-60 hours and throw in an open world for side-stuff. People who are vocally loud likely are just focused on the side-content, which isn't the focus.

Sheer stupidity. Sure that game has a few VERY minor glitches but nothing that stops a person from having fun and enjoying the experience. Most of those reviews are full of $#!^...

I have some gripes that affect gameplay significantly BUT I still enjoy it. It would just be epic without them.

Spoiler: backup all my first run saves restart a femV that i intend to be the Samurai run ... FINA'F'ingly managed to get something i wanted ...

unlike the first run i did a lot of sidequest before launching the heist

I expect more graphics optimizations are on their way to make Low settings playable on 1080Ti. It can handle Modern Warfare high mixed settings around 100fps at 3440x1440, so something is off with the new comer. Of course, Infinity Ward has been developing fps games for a longer period of time, but let's not lose focus on possibilities by technology rather than devs. I hope that CDPR continues to polish and add content to Cyberpunk 2077 for a long time, like they did with Witcher 3.

low unplayable on a 1080Ti? my mere 1070 pull 30fps on high (playable but consol'esque experience and i vowed : never again! ) and medium 1440p60 (2560x1440)

and yes i also hope CDPR are Polish errrrr .... will polish CP2077 like they did with TW3

Well, I purchased a copy from Amazon blindly assuming that it was the physical copy (should've have read the full description) and was surprised when I received it that it was a digital download with a key and artwork/map and stuff in the package. I've tried seeing if there are physical copies for PC but haven't found any. Got it on Tuesday and still haven't opened it. Might just return it for a full refund.

Im more just confused that he apparently hates it SO much that he got a refund, but not enough to not wanna play it

I think hes confused on what a scam is. Thats where somebody tells you one thing, does another, and takes your money. Hes still got his money.

Or maybe he feels hes owed compensation for being unhappy with the product? CDPR should pay him to play it?

Some regions have the option for a physical copy as internet infrastructure isn't keeping up with tech advances. Here in North America, the answer is very likely no. Which is a shame IMHO as I would love to have a physical copy.

It was, I'm getting up to 93 fps just playing the game on high 1080p, ive locked it at 60fps.
This way the game doesnt hog the GPU. My streams are now smooth and without hitching.
Its like the game wants to redraw the shadows or other affects more than it needs to and this kills the performance. IMO
As i really find it hard to see much improvement over the High settings.

Ive just heard that AMD is bringing resizable BAR for PCIe4 boards and earlier Ryzen CPU's.

Theres a new bios

1. New CPU support
2. Add a ReSize BAR shortcut for AMD SAM support

Has anyone else tried this, or had resizable bar working on any 3000 CPU's.

This would help with Cyberpunk2077 performance.

I'm going to try the bios now if theres no bad reports, but I dont suspect resizable bar to be working yet.

I knew this going in when I got my physical copy. I was initially planning on backing up the offline installer to a BDXL, but for some reason, CDPR tacked on an extra 44GB of crap to the installer, so it won't fit on that type of disc.

I ended up getting the physical copy from where I work because my employee discount applied to it.

EDIT: Here are the contents of the standard physical copy. Obviously, I hid my game code...

From left to right; world compendium, postcards, world map, case with stickers, game code, and soundtrack across two CDs.

I keep seeing posts about ppl running it at low, I have a 1080ti and R5 3600 running it at ultra 1440p with no issues, I haven't run a fps meter so I'm not sure how many im getting but the games feel real smooth for me, I'm using a 4k tv and I have the refresh at 120hz in the game it only let's me set it at 119hz. I guess I'm just lucky not to have any where the amount of bugs ppl have been experiencing.

You're not alone, I have only seen a few minor glitches. CP2077 has otherwise been great fun! I love it!

Think about it though, it's meant to be an ambient thing, something to set the tone of the moment in the background. In that capacity I think the OST rocks!
