I honestly think you should seek professional counseling as you are suffering from a serious disconnect from reality that I would argue is on a level of psychosis.
EKWB has repeatedly not paid the parties listed in your first bolded statement. That is not normal. Jay of Jayztwocents actively told them to not pay him right now, but to pay the employees first and then members of EKWB management went behind the backs of others to pay Jay instead of paying their employees. There's nothing normal about what is going on at EKWB and GN has pointed this out as it was getting swept under the rug as employees were being pressured and threatened to not speak up. GN gave them an outlet to bring this to light which has given many of them options to escape the abuse by their employer since they were being held hostage by being owed (likely thousands at this point) in money they weren't going to see if they spoke up. The last thing a company should do is not pay their employees. If a large percentage of their workforce decides they've had enough and leave all at once, they really are dead as a company and no amount of monetary shenanigans will enable them to survive that. The fact that the management has repeatedly left their employees high and dry while very visibly paying themselves is telling on how poorly run the company is and how uninterested the management is in fixing the issues. GN staying silent would not have enabled recovery from this fiasco.
I repeatedly said that EKWB owners/managers made mistakes, I never tried to defend any of them.
I refuse to analyse personalities and motives of EKWB owners/managers and I refuse to attack them personally. If anybody has any problems with the company as I said five times already, there are stipulated standard procedures in place and I do not think I could help e.g. state authorities of Texas with the tax problem, help to decide for a particular employee or supplier if they should stay in the company, continue to make business with it, etc.
I have no other personal stake in all this beside as a consumer I feel it would be bad if they went under.
Finally, I hope that any rational person can see the shortcomings of GN videos, which did not adhere to the ethical principles of journalism so strongly, that I called them attacks. I also hope, than everybody can see, that the impact of these videos did not help the company, consumers and most of the people and companies who are owed money at all.
They say that repeating things is good for learning, but I start to feel tired to write the same things over and over, I will have a break from this thread and you can continue with your mob party in the meantime as you wish.
