I'm having a hard time reading the text you posted, but it seems like the Install.cmd was successful, you can try navigating to "windows/system32/drivers" and rename the current nvlddmkm.sys to nvlddmkm.old and run the Install.cmd
again. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the official nvidia drivers and reinstalling the patched driver again, but something didn't install properly if your getting a black screen, I'm running the same patched driver on my system and
it's running fine. The fact that your video boards aren't being listed as active devices
suggests a problem installing the official drivers.

I think something isn't installing properly, do these steps 1 at a time, even though you've already done some of these steps please do them again checking the result after each step:

1. Reinstall the official nvidia drivers, once this is done reboot your computer, go to the device manager and make sure both of your video boards are listed as active devices (there aren't any "!" or "X" listed)
if they still aren't active then something about the official drivers isn't right, if this is the case run event viewer and see if it lists any errors.
2. Assuming the official drivers install ok, navigate to "c:\windows\system32\drivers" and rename "nvlddkmkm.sys" to "nvlddmkm.old"
3. Navigate back to the folder where you have differentsliauto and the patched driver installed, pause your anti-virus program, Open a administrator level command prompt and type in "Install.cmd"
4. Assuming that there are no errors, reboot your computer again and hopefully you will be able to go to the nvidia control panel and activate sli mode.

You can also unpack the extra rar file in the patched driver download and read the readme file and check that the signing certificates are ok.
Make sure your sytem date & time are set properly.
Also make sure your video boards are set as the primary video devices in the bios.
Also turn down (or off) uac.

I just thought of another possibility, the driver that is getting patched is for english regions, based on the language listed in the text output of the Install.cmd I'd say your region is russian, it's possible
that the region differences are causing a problem, your trying to install a "english" driver on a system that's in a different region, if you want, post your official driver installer that you downloaded
from nvidias' site to a place I can get it, and I'll try and patch the nvlddmkm.sys file from that installer, I can't think of why a different language would cause a problem, but I'm covering all of
the bases.

Hey jbailey8

For some weird reason, i don't have any success with your instructions :(

1. I downloaded the latest driver you've posted and yes, i've got the last driver installed, from the official nvidia drivers :)
2. I put them into my D\: as you mentioned, it didn't matter what drive, well i unpacked the "differentsliauto_win81-x64_cert_tools.zip" to my D drive and with it, i pastet "nvlddmkm.sys" into my D drive
3. I opened my cmd, wasn't really that clear on what you meant, for "adminstrator level", but you mentioned something about cmd, so i opened it, holded down shift & right-clicked, but there is no such thing called "open window driver" or something like that?
And where should this "install" file be? I don't really get this? Can you please help?

I have a Asus P5KC @Q9550 motherboard, if it's for any help?

Another way to say it:

1. Go to http://www.geforce.com/drivers and download the latest drivers (358.50) for your version of windows. (Done)
2. Go here: http://www.gamefront.com/files/25263535/nvlddmkm-35850-win7-8-81-64bit.rar
and download the patched driver (assuming windows 7 64-bit here). Alt download: http://turbobit.net/1sox922f3qd1.html (Done)
3. Go here: https://github.com/EmberVulpix/DifferentSLIAuto/releases and download the 1.3 version of this package. (Done)
4. If you don't already have winrar installed, go here: http://www.rarlabs.com/download.htm and download the version of winrar for your system that is current and run the installer. (Done)
5. Unpack differentsliauto 1.3 to a folder of your choice (c:\diffsli13 for example). (Done)
6. Unpack the patched driver into the same folder you unpacked differentsliauto 1.3. (Done)
7. Run the official video driver installer you downloaded from nvidias' site and let it install the official drivers. (I launched "GeForice experience" even checked for updates, but it didn't detect or install anything, but the driver i currently have? (Their official driver)
8. Once the official drivers are installed and the installer has finished, go back to where you unpacked differentsliauto 1.3 and you also have the patched nvlddmkm.sys. (The official drivers was already installed, and what "installer" do you mean exactly? (and the installer has finished)
9. Open a administrator level command prompt (hold down left-shift & right-click anywhere in the window (don't have any files high-lighted) and select 'open command window here'. (I assume you mean, the cmd? Did it, but didn't come up with any "open command window here" section or anything like it?
10. Run the 'Install.cmd' file, it should say 'success!' in green text at the bottom of the window if there were no errors. (What "install.cmd" are we talking about here? Where would that "file" be?)
11. Reboot your computer. (Will do, when it works :) )
12. Go to your nvidia control panel and activate sli (Sure, when it works :) )

You don't run the differentsliauto_win81-x64_cert_tools.zip unless you need to, typically it's for when your getting signing errors during the Install.cmd.

The instructions you just posted are correct except for the patched driver version, here's the current download links:

http://www.gamefront.com/files/25329966/nvlddmkm-35891-7-8-81-vista-64bit.rar

http://www.gamefront.com/files/25329967/nvlddmkm-35891-win10-64bit.rar

Be sure the patched driver version and the official driver version match and are the correct version for your operating system.

Just follow the instructions and you should be good to go.

It dosen't seem like you read all of what i write :) Sry mate, but it dosen't seem like that. I also told you, my GeForce Experience, didn't detect or install anything? That wouldn't be a part of the instructions, would it?

Windows 10 is a seperate video driver from the others, so I have to provide 2 different drivers.

If you've followed the instructions and unpacked differentsliauto in to a folder of your choice (ex: diffsli) you should have all the files in the rar if you don't have the Install.cmd then either the download
was corrupted, or the rar file wasn't unpacked properly.

Geforce experience isn't involved in installing the patched driver, only the official nvidia driver.

That's the cert tools rar, you would only unpack that and run the tools there if your having signing errors from the Install.cmd, go here:

https://github.com/EmberVulpix/DifferentSLIAuto/releases

and download and unpack the differentsliauto 1.31.zip file in to a folder of your choice, I use winrar for this, if you don't have that, go here: www.rarlabs.com and download the version
for your system.

unpack with winrar the patched nvlddmkm.sys in to the same folder that you unpacked differentsliauto 131, open a administrator command prompt and type in "Install.cmd".

To aspec7878:

I had to figure out what the last few lines were but I was wrong before when I stated "it looks like it was successful", the 4th line up from the bottom is saying it failed to process the nvlddmkm.sys file,
try renaming the original nvlddmkm.sys file in your "c:\windows\system32\drivers" directory to something like "nvlddmkm.old" and run the Install.cmd again.
