You are not a specialist.
Graphic card Radeon R7 360 - is re-mark Radeon HD 7790.

What I think they're trying to tell you is that the 7790 is a Tahiti(bonaire) based processor and the 360 is a Tobago based processor. They are different items kind a like peas are different from carrots therefore The program written for 7XXX based GPUs will not work with it. Admittedly I'm not a "specialist" but commonsense is telling me that apples are different from oranges...thats what i feel like is being said here..

Don't like to say it as it sounds harsh
Instead of continually starting threads requesting VBios editing for your card here
where you have repeatedly Been told your have no Success
FIND AND Email the Program Author with your request

After a few weeks of developing / testing / tweaking, - and with the help of a guy (DroiDMester) who has BIOS modding experience - here is a small utility which lets you modify your Radeon HD 7000 series card's BIOS (HD 7790 not supported).

Any Further Threads you Start on this useless pursuit WILL BE REPORTED TO THE MODS for suitable Action

Go make the program yourself then genius.

@erocker already told you that there is none.

Stop asking for it because you won't get it. You have been reported

Ok for anyone asking for a request of software to be re-written for specific cards such as the AMD- Radeon HD 7700 Series or R7-360, 370 etc. Your request will not be granted as the developer of this software has not been around since OCTOBER 16, 2013. If you want such a tool, learn programming languages yourself and write a tool, there are plenty of books and guides online, use search engines such as google.com or lycos.com or ask.com or webcrawler to find other tools etc.

This thread is only for certain cards and for information purposes only.

Have a nice day.

I have written a note on the Op also for some clarity.
Actually it doesn't work with Hawaii, Vesuvius, Tonga, Bonaire, Caicos, Cedar, Juniper, Cayman, Redwood, Barts, Turks, or Antilles based cards(from my research of trying to open BIOS examples from each with VBE7, all stated not supported so far). It only works with Tahiti, Pitcairn, Cape Verde, Oland, and Malta based cards(those for sure, and likely New Zealand too). I couldn't find a New Zealand/7970 X2 BIOS to try, but it should be the same as Malta/7990/8990. I'm not sure what other cards it will work with. Since, AFAIK, those are it for HD 6000/HD 7000/HD 8000/R5 200/R7 200/R9 200 series cards. That covers all cards forward and back 1 generation from the HD 7000 series. The only later cards that might possibly(actually should) still work with it would be R5 300/400 and R7 300/400 Oland or Cape Verde based cards. But I couldn't find BIOS examples for any those either. And HD 6000 and earlier cards can be edited through other means.

I can confirm it works for a 280X and I did use it on my old 7950 too, both were Sapphire.

280x and 7950 are both Tahiti chips, not Hawaii.

Sorry meant to add the 290X also, have heard of a couple (I am sure in here actually that managed some changes, not sure what models) but NOT voltages, it don't work on my 290X though but I was just saying what I know does work.

cant change default fan profile on Gigabyte GV-R797OC-3GD v2.1
Just reflashed F72 bios with updated settings - still 50% fan power on idle.

...FOR HELP...

HELLO EVERYONE
I just bought a used AMD / ATI HD 7970 Engineering Sample. At least I think it's HD 7970. The graphics card has written that is ENG Sample P/N 102-C38001-00 Rev.16
ASIC Type Tahiti labeled ASIC P/N 215-0821000-00 (this is the code on GPU).
Identification of PCB's 109-C38031-000, then the model is C380. VRM is Volterra VT1556MF. Now, I have a problem, can not install the drivers, as soon as you install it is not possible to log into Windows, freezes, turns off the image for a second, .... appearance of the colorful pixel cubes, and so on ...
Without drivers on the GPU-Z shows that the Core 800 MHz, and MEM 1250 MHz, ROP / TMUs 32/128, 2048 shaders, Subvendor AMD / ATI, DeviceID 1002-6798 1002-0B00. With the help of this program I downloaded BIOS (both BIOS) with the GPU. It says that the BIOS 015.004.000.000.000000 with Core Clock 800 MHz and 1250 MHz MEM. I found on the Internet only one BIOS for the GPU C380 with VT1556M (925/1375) and when I put on the card but it works, but without control fan, and not registering a value of RPM. With its original BIOS and the first version of the Catalyst driver (picture on the screen appears and disappears, and freezes), can control cooler speed, and measure RPM. I have a problem as the original BIOS can not set for more than 800/1250 MHz. What to do?

Tahiti.rom Original BIOS.

. I have a problem as the original BIOS can not set for more than 800/1250 MHz. What to do?

Its An Engineering sample for Vendors to" pre production Evaluate
Its Original Bios is Good Enough for that Purpose and that's it"
Updating the Engineering Bios for a Production Bios may result in the Correct operation of this Card Failing as there may be Significant hardware changes between this SAMPLE and Regular Production Versions

Does this have anything to do with VBE7? Sounds like bokacbl84 needs to start his own thread in the Graphics card section.

$20 is not cheap if the card won't work :D

OK, under VBE7 I cant set higher clock from original value for Core/Mem. My question has a similarities with this topic?

You appear to want support for a card that is not working properly, little point in posting your issues in a software support thread that is 44 pages long where the author of the software has not been here for near to 4 years..... this is not a general support thread, suggest you start your own in the graphics card ... AMD sub forum, you will also get more views there.

No you need to start the thread otherwise I will be the OP, just go there and look for the "start new thread" tab, then copy and paste across.

No you need to start the thread

Failure to do so is indicative of lazyness
We don't appreciate lazy people that won't help themselves when we "the membership are trying to help them"
It take very little effort to start a NEW SUPPORT/ Problem thread ( and it will be totaly devoted to you unlike this thread :)ego boost :)..)

PS you can add a :)POLL:) as well

Could you make the editor compatible with the bonaire chip (r7 260x)?

I want to leave the clock fixed at a value that I consider stable.
