Could you make the editor compatible with the bonaire chip (r7 260x)?

I want to leave the clock fixed at a value that I consider stable.
Please read the first post in this thread, Bonaire is not compatible and there is no further development with the software, it is offered here on an "as is" basis.

Anyone willing to assist?

I have multiple R9 270x cards (Sapphire, XFX, MSI etc). I can get the BIOS from them and add them to VBE7 but the actual drop down menus on the menu don't scale propertly, like the first few digits of the drop down menu is being cut off which makes it difficult to select any correct voltage. Is that because of the OS not scaling (I'm running Win10 Pro) or that the cards cannot be undervolted using VBE7 and the drop down menu is displaying gibberish anyway?

I've tried compatibilty settings as Win7 and Win8, no avail.

If you use 2 monitors you will have flickering when it switches 2D/3D profiles.

No I don't use 2 monitor, but when I try to use msi afterburner there is a bug that set my core and mem at 150 Mhz 1.00 V. fickering vaneshes

It's not a afterburner bug it's the radeon driver. Even if you use overdrive it will drop to 300/150. You have to use older drivers to avoid this issue.

All 7000 series were GCN, VLIW ended with 6000 series.

Actually anything 7670 or lower were vliw. The 7700 and above were gcn. I couldn't remember exactly.

PowerColor R9 280x TurboDuo, looks like the screenshot in the OP ( VDDC greyed out, core clock accepts only lower values).

In that case no idea sorry, I used the programme about 2 years ago on my old 280X and it worked flawlessly, I remember upping the voltage and I adjusted the 3D load clocks but that's about all. The author of the software has not been here for years.

Is #5 not for low load 3D?, why would you want to change that?

It is supposed to be for low load, UVD, ... but for some reason my card locks at this clock rate after some time until I restart my driver. I reinstalled windows, old drivers and new drivers, flashed official GPU BIOS update but the error occures everytime, even on almost clean Windows. Temps aren't affecting this. Thanks for your help.

In that case would this be the limitation mentioned in the Op?

You cant change 2D / UVD voltages
  • You cant set 2D / UVD clocks higher than the values stored in BIOS (these limitations are intentional, without these limits powerplay would go nuts...)

Why is it not possible to increase #5 core clock and VDDC?
It's possible. Just not with this tool. Attach a copy of your vBIOS(to a post) and tell me what you want for #5 core clock(and/or mem clock) and VDDC. And I'll make it happen.

Oh, well, now that's embarassing, my fault, sorry.

Okay, you already answered my next question. That would be great, I just have to test some voltages first.
