The Radeon 625 OEM was a graphics card by AMD, launched on May 13th, 2019. Built on the 28 nm process, and based on the Polaris 24 graphics processor, in its Polaris 24 XT variant, the card supports DirectX 12. This ensures that all modern games will run on Radeon 625 OEM. The Polaris 24 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 125 mm² and 1,550 million transistors. It features 384 shading units, 24 texture mapping units, and 8 ROPs. AMD has paired 2,048 MB GDDR5 memory with the Radeon 625 OEM, which are connected using a 64-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1024 MHz, memory is running at 1125 MHz (4.5 Gbps effective).
Being a single-slot card, the AMD Radeon 625 OEM does not require any additional power connector, its power draw is rated at 35 W maximum. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. Radeon 625 OEM is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 3.0 x8 interface.
