BenQ Showcases OLED and Fast-IPS Gaming Monitors at CES
PC display and projection major BenQ showed off three of its latest Mobiuz gaming monitors at the 2023 International CES. The star-attraction was the Mobiuz EX480UZ, a large-format 48-inch gaming display with an OLED panel. This display provides 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixels) resolution with blistering fast 0.1 ms (GTG) response-time, and covers 98% of DCI-P3 with delta ≤2. It uses HDMI 2.1 inputs, and includes a powerful internal speaker-set consisting of two 5 W front-channels, and 10 W woofer. The monitor supports AMD FreeSync Pro.
The Mobiuz EX270QM is a 27-inch WQHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) monitor with a Fast-IPS panel that offers 240 Hz refresh rate, with 1 ms (GTG) response time, and 98% of DCI-P3 coverage, along with DisplayHDR 600 support. It uses a full-bandwidth HDMI 2.1 input and supports AMD FreeSync Pro. Lastly, there's the Mobiuz EX270M, which is the same 27-inch size, but with lower Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, the same 240 Hz refresh-rate and 1 ms response time, but with 99% sRGB coverage and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support. This monitor packs a 2.1 speaker setup with 2.5 W front-channel speakers, and a 5 W subwoofer.
