Aerocool Launches the Strike-X One & Strike-X One Advance PC cases

Taiwan-based Aerocool Advanced Technologies has just announced the European release of two new Strike-X Series mid-tower PC cases, the Strike-X One and Strike-X One Advance. Both models feature a steel structure, are painted black both inside and out, and have support for ATX and micro ATX motherboards, four 5.25-inch drive bays (with tool-free mounting systems), six 3.5-inch internal bays, a PSU dust filter, and pre-drilled holes for watercooling tubes and cables.

The Strike-X One has an I/O panel with two USB 2.0 ports, and is equipped with one 120 mm rear fan, while the Strike-X One Advance comes with two USB 3.0 ports, a 120 mm rear fan, and a front 120 mm fan with red LEDs. The Strike-X One and Strike-X One Advance cost 34.99 Euro and 39.99 Euro, respectively.

Cougar Solution Mid-Tower Case to Reach Europe Next Week

Announced one month ago, the Solution PC chassis made by Cougar is set to become available in European stores next week. Pictured below, this case measures 198 (W) x 425 (H) x 484 (D) mm, and features an all-black paint job, a front I/O panel with USB 2.0 (x 1) and USB 3.0 (x 1) ports, three exposed 5.25-inch bays and six internal 3.5-inch bays (all with tool-free mounting systems), two pre-drilled holes for watercooling tubing and a single 120 mm fan (found at the rear).

Cougar's Solution will cost 55 Euro.

Zalman Launches the Z11 and Z11 Plus Mid-Tower Cases

South Korean company Zalman has now introduced two new 'high performance' PC cases, the Z11 and Z11 Plus mid-towers. These models measure 260 (W) x 498 (H) x 525 (D) mm, they weight 7.3 kg, and have a steel structure, a black paint job, and support for ATX and micro ATX motherboards, as well as for graphics cards up to 290 mm long.

Zalman's cases feature four exposed 5.25-inch bays, one 2.5-inch bay, five 3.5-inch drive trays with tool-free mounting, an acrylic side window, an anti-vibration rubber stand for the PSU, two pre-drilled holes for watercooling tubes, and four fans - one 120 mm spinner with blue LEDs in front, another one on top, a LED-less 120 mm model at the back, and two 80 mm fans on the side.

The Zalman Z11 includes an I/O panel with four USB 2.0 ports and has a recommended price tag of 69.90 Euro, while the Z11 Plus offers two USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0 ports, and costs 79.90 Euro. Both are expected to become available in about two weeks.

BitFenix Ghost Mid-Tower Chassis Seen from More Angles

Remember the unnamed BitFenix mid-tower we revealed yesterday? Well it's nameless no more. The case is called Ghost and it's got more goodies than initially thought.

Seen below, the upcoming chassis has a black coating both inside and out, and features a front door that can be opened to the left or to the right, a top-placed I/O panel with four USB 3.0 ports, a built-in SATA drive dock (also found on top), and three 5.25-inch bays with tool-free mounting systems.

BitFenix's Ghost also has four 3.5-inch and three 2.5-inch internal drive trays, support for micro ATX and ATX motherboards, three pre-drilled holes for watercooling tubing (all on the rear panel), a (removable) top mesh panel with a foam dust filter, and seven PCI slots (no fans though). Still no word on the pricing or availability of this case.

SilverStone to Release the Kublai KL04 Mid-Tower PC Chassis

For next week SilverStone has planned the retail arrival of its newest Kublai Series PC case, a mid-tower called KL04 which features a steel body and is able to house four 5.25" drives, as well as nine 3.5" and up to six 2.5" drives (just like the Temjin TJ04-E launched last week).

SilverStone's chassis measures 214 (W) x 489 (H) x 499 (D) mm, it weights 8.2 kg, and has a black paint job both inside and out, a front I/O panel with USB 3.0 (x 2), MIC and Audio ports, eight PCI slots, tool-free mounting on the 5.25" bays, and three built-in 120 mm fans, one on the right side, one on top and one at the rear (all three work at 1200 RPM and have a sound output of 21 dBA).

The Kublai KL04 will start selling on January 24th for 82.90 Euro (without VAT). A window-equipped version of the KL04 is also coming up.

SilverStone Debuts the TJ04-E Mid-Tower Case

Taking advantage of CES 2012, SilverStone has this week announced the successor of the 2004-released Temjin series TJ04 PC case. Known as the TJ04-E (E is for Evolution), the new chassis has an exterior that resembles the TJ04, but comes with a 'vastly' improved interior that can hold up to four 5.25-inch drives, nine 3.5-ich hard drives, six SSDs, and graphics cards up to 17 inches long.

The TJ04-E measures 214 (W) x 489 (H) x 489 (D) mm, it weights 9.6 kg, and features a steel structure, an aluminum front panel, ATX and micro ATX motherboard support, tool-free mounting for 5.25-inch drives, a custom HDD cage with built-in heatsinks and SATA cables, an I/O panel with two USB 3.0 ports, three pre-installed 120 mm fans (one on top, one on the right panel, one at the rear), and, optionally, a side window.

SilverStone's PC case is up for pre-order at 129 Euro and is expected to hit stores later this month.
