EK Launches New Scalar² Terminals for EK-Quantum Vector² Water Blocks

EK, the premium water-cooling gear manufacturer, is introducing a new portfolio of Quantum Line terminals from the Scalar² family. This is the second wave of new products to join this series, with the following three products hitting the shelves: EK-Quantum Scalar² DirectLink Side Port Terminal - Acetal, EK-Quantum Scalar² SFF Terminal - Acetal, and EK-Quantum Scalar² Side Port Terminal - Acetal. The brand-new terminals are made for Vector² water blocks and Vector² ABP sets, introducing new GPU routing options and allowing for an even easier and more satisfying loop-building experience.

This is a specialized Scalar² terminal for the premium-grade EK-Quantum Vector² GPU water blocks. It was designed and engineered to benefit SFF builders as it is 14mm thinner compared to the water block's stock terminal, bringing a plethora of new connectivity options to the table. For example, it can come in handy when the GPU is too wide to close the case panel due to the size of the stock terminal.

Lian Li O11D XL Case Gets EK Reflection² Distribution Plate With an Integrated Screen

EK, the premium water-cooling gear manufacturer, is launching a new distro plate for the Lian Li O11D XL chassis. The distro has a built-in EK-Quantum Lumen screen, a 7" IPS monitor that can be seen from the front of the case. It is designed to provide advanced water cooling with the latest 3rd-generation SATA-powered D5 pump, removing the need for additional 4-pin Molex cables. The Reflection² series distribution plates are EK-Matrix7 compliant.

The EK-Quantum Reflection² PC-O11D XL D5 PWM D-RGB - Screen Edition is a custom water-cooling reservoir, routing, and pump solution that seamlessly fits into the front of the case showing off a beautiful 7" IPS screen with an aluminum frame. This waterway is also equipped with six innovative push-in ports that come with female G1/4" threaded adapters. The idea is that users can easily assemble the whole radiator + fittings + tubing combo and use these push-in adapters to simply slide it into the distribution plate. The bottom radiator is mounted via a special metal bracket.

EK Launches GeForce RTX 4080 Founders Edition Water Blocks

EK, the premium liquid cooling gear manufacturer, is introducing new water blocks for NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Founders Edition graphics cards. The EK-Quantum Vector² FE RTX 4080 D-RGB comes in the form of a water block with a passive backplate and offers two options for the top material. It cools all the critical GPU components, ensuring peak performance and a prolonged lifespan of the card.

The EK-Quantum Vector² FE RTX 4080 is a liquid cooling solution that is actually a set of a Vector² series water block, a black-anodized aluminium backplate, and a custom-made single-slot PCIe bracket - all in a single package. As with the previous 30-series Vector² water blocks, the look is dominated by minimalist straight lines and the backplate coming around the side of the GPU to cover the PCB in its entirety.

EK Rolls Out New Water Blocks with Active- and Passive-Backplates for RTX 4090 ROG Strix and TUF Gaming

EK, the premium liquid cooling gear manufacturer, is now introducing the ultimate water cooling solution for ROG Strix and ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4090 graphics cards. EK-Quantum Vector² Strix/TUF RTX 4090 D-RGB comes in the form of a water block with a passive backplate or a cooling solution with an active backplate that's sandwiching the card between two water blocks for the best possible cooling results.

The all-new RTX 4090 Strix and TUF cards are expected to be significantly more powerful than their 30-series counterparts. And while their efficiency is also improved, these cards still pull over 450 W, which means they will benefit even more from water cooling, mainly due to the 4 nm production process, which increases thermal density compared to the previous 8 nm chips.

EK Releases See-Through Acrylic Terminals as an Introduction to Scalar² Family

EK, the premium water-cooling gear manufacturer, is introducing a new portfolio of Quantum Line terminals from the Scalar² family. The two products that come in the first wave include EK-Quantum Scalar² Terminal - Plexi and EK-Quantum Scalar² DirectLink Terminal - Plexi. These are see-through acrylic versions of the current terminals for Vector² water blocks and Vector² ABP sets. In the future, the Scalar² family will grow. So, you can expect more similar products like SFF terminals, multi-GPU terminals, and much more.

This see-through terminal replaces the stock black POM acetal terminal on the Vector² GPU water blocks. It has four G1/4" ports, two on the top and two at the bottom. Sleek magnetic covers can be used to conceal the terminal screws that allow rotation of the branding when the GPU water block is inverted in the case or is being used on a vertical GPU mount. The screws and magnetic plate should be re-used from the original terminal and are not a part of the Scalar² package.

EK Quantum Vector² FE RTX 4090 Water Block Hitting the Shelves Soon

After the launch of water blocks for the 40 Series NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics cards, EK, the premium liquid cooling gear manufacturer, is introducing the ultimate cooling solution for these flagship GPUs. EK-Quantum Vector² FE RTX 4090 D-RGB ABP Set is, as the name says, a set of water blocks covering both the front and the back of the graphics card. The front is cooled by a water block identical to the already launched model, while the active backplate water block cools the backside of the card.

The all-new RTX 4090 FE cards are expected to be significantly more powerful than their 30 Series counterparts. And while their efficiency is also improved, these cards still pull up to 450 W, which means they will benefit even more from water cooling. This ultimate cooling set consists of a high-performance GPU water block and the latest generation of Active Backplate cooling solutions in a single enclosure. Although FE 4090 does not have VRAM on the backside, the active backplate still helps lower temperatures by cooling the PCB behind the core, VRM, and VRAM. Since the PCB has a lot of copper, it soaks a lot of heat, transferring it across its surface and warming other components. By effectively cooling the PCB, the entirety of the GPU becomes cooler.
