Battery Life and Power Consumption

I measure battery life through various usage scenarios, including office use/encoding, one gaming scenario, and one general web use/social media scenario. Office use includes Spotify audio streaming, while web use includes Netflix playback. The battery is fully charged, and testing starts before the unit is unplugged from power and stops when the battery reaches 5% remaining life, which the operating system notifies us of.

Inside the XPG XENIA 14, we find a 54 Wh battery. The provided 65 W adapter charged it within 75 minutes during our testing, while the system was used for some light web surfing. With the Intel CPU rated at 50 W only, there's some overhead in that adapter to charge while the system is under full load, too.
