Akko's product boxes tend to be flashy and colorful as well as matching the theme for keyboards that are, well, themed. The higher end CNC-aluminium kits have gone with a simpler design as we saw before and it appears that acrylic kits/keyboards get this vivid color palette given this and the ACR 75 share the same design. This is a bigger box than I was expecting to see though so I was certainly curious as to what is inside. On the front is the brand logo and product name with a simplified render of the keyboard layout on the back. More relevant information about the actual keyboard is seen on the sides, including confirmation about this being a pre-built that uses the CS crystal switches. A double flap on the other side keeps the contents inside safely in place and opening the box shows a foam tray with compartments and further protection for all the items inside. These include a replacement vanity sticker for the keyboard as well as a custom EVA foam sheet that does not come pre-installed, allowing users to add it in if they wish for a quieter typing experience.

We then see the keyboard itself placed inside a wax paper wrap for a dust-free unboxing and a separate cardboard accessory box to the top. As it turns out, Akko has basically taken three of its products—the Alice Plus kit, the CS Crystal switches, and a keycap set that matches the color of the keyboard itself—and assembled them in house while providing you the leftovers. In this case, we get spare keycaps that were not used on this smaller form factor keyboard in addition to some blue-on-white base and novelty keycaps too! Akko provides a matching coiled keyboard cable going from USB Type-A to Type-C on the keyboard itself. We also get a branded metal wire-style keycap puller, a metal switch remover tool, as well as an Allen key to help disassemble the keyboard for any modifications you wish to do.

Indeed, opening the keyboard does not void warranty in this case to where we also get spare silicone gaskets and even a spare daughter PCB that allows for the Type-C wired connectivity on the keyboard. This is a refreshing change from the norm even if the vast majority of users who purchase the pre-assembled version of the keyboard will likely never take these spare parts out of the box. Do be aware that Akko also provides two add-on keyboard feet that use double-sided tape to be fixed on the back of the keyboard and will provide two additional elevation steps if you so desire.
