The FX-8350 does a good job of closing the gap when it comes to 3D, but doesn't quite surpass the Intel i5-3570K with the tests I normally use. The FX-8350 should win out when games start to use more threads, but such titles are still pretty scarce right now. Still, with the FX-8350 being cheaper, it's nice to see just how close they really are. You just need to keep in mind that the FX-8350 is 20% cheaper than the Intel i5-3570K.3DMark11 & PCMark07
