Board Software

The software that is installed off the disc has become standard-fare with ASRock these days. You get the AppShop tool for driver updates, under others, as well as apps and programs (although it doesn't always list everything available), and this time, the ASRock RGB Tool was pre-installed from the disc as well.


Also installed was the "Restart to UEFI" tool that will make it super-easy to get from the OS into the BIOS for setting changes and such when overclocking.

There are several other tools available from the ASRock download site, such as the ASRock Timing Configurator, so the usual set of software you've come to expect with an ASRock OC Formula board is still all here with the X299 OC Formula; it just doesn't install off the provided driver disc as the programs pictured above are.
