ASRock X670E Taichi's software hub for all things related to overclocking and fan speed control is called A-Tuning. The basics are here with voltage control and CPU all-core frequency control for those brute force overclockers.
ASRock Polychrome Sync should be installed if one wants control over the RGB lighting. There are open-source alternatives, but those are not ASRock-branded and may not work as intended.
