The Package

The AVerMedia Mingle Bar comes in a simple cardboard box. There are no flashy aesthetics to be seen here. The box contains a sketch of the device and its rear connections and lists its technical specifications.


Upon opening the flap, you'll see an illustration of the installation guide and a QR code that will take you to the download page for the AVerMedia Connect software used to configure the webcam.


Inside the box, you'll find the Mingle Bar, a quick start guide, a power brick with US, UK, and EU plugs, and a thick USB-C cable. The Mingle Bar can be connected to a computer with a USB-C to USB Type-A cable, too, which is what you'll need if you own an older laptop or desktop PC. Such cable isn't bundled with the device.
