be quiet! ships the Dark Base Pro 900 rev. 2 in a sturdy, fully colored box with an image of the enclosure on front and a lot of insights and details on the back, where all the case's unique features are highlighted. On the sides, you will find some marketing texts as well as a detailed list of specifications.

The chassis is held in place by thick and sturdy foam spacers, and a black cloth bag has been applied to keep fingerprint and scratches away.

You will receive a lot of extras with the Dark Base Pro 900 rev. 2. Starting with the basics, the enclosure includes several bags full of sorted screws, a few orange rubber elements, and Velcro strips. There are also mounting brackets for liquid-cooling components and a new cover (I placed a quarter next to it for reference of scale) to fill the new, larger hole found in the plate for 3.5" drives. On top of that are still the high-quality PCB-based LED strips.

Unlike the initial version of the Dark Base Pro 900, you will receive three individual 3.5" cages, as well as a single 2.5" tray which was not part of the initial variant either.

Naturally, you will find a manual inside the box, which is very detailed and showcases all the possibilities within the Dark Base Pro 900 rev. 2, and trust me, there are quite a few unique elements, but more on those later.
