be quiet! is well known as a top-tier manufacturer that produced a plethora of PC products. From cases and coolers to power supplies, they have been an enthusiast favorite for quite some time. Rather than pad shelves with a new product every few months, be quiet! instead focuses on refining core designs, and it shows as they continue to rack up numerous awards from both reviewers and readers alike, earning their popularity with their philosophy of "no compromise silence and performance".


In today's review, I will be taking a look at the Dark Rock Slim, which uses a traditional tower cooler design. Made to be cost-effective, it features four Ø6 mm heat pipes and a 120 mm Silent Wings 3 fan for exceptional heat dissipation with a maximum TDP of 180 watts. As can be seen at first glance, the cooler lacks RGB LEDs and other gamer flair; however, it does feature an aluminium top plate like other Dark Rock coolers, which, along with the heat pipe end caps, results in a clean and professional-looking cooler.
