There is practically no fan-speed profile at high operating temperatures since the fan starts at nearly full speed. With that said, the fan isn't that noisy at even full speed.

The passive operation doesn't last long, and the fan starts at high speeds with even normal temperatures. Chieftronic should insist on a more relaxed fan profile.
