The packaging is average in terms of size for a 240 mm liquid cooler and has a picture of the ML240P Mirage front and center. In the upper-right corner are badges to show that the unit is certified as compatible with MSI's Mystic Light Sync, ASRock's Polychrome Sync, Gigabyte's RGB Fusion, and ASUS' Aura Sync. Moving on to the left side gives us the unit's specifications. Meanwhile, on the back is a list of features including the translucent pump top, addressable RGB lighting, etc. Below that are the mechanical drawings detailing the dimensions of the cooler. Fun fact, the back of the box is also the only place where Cooler Master mentions that the ML240P Mirage has software control with MasterPlus+, the details of which are absent in the user guide included in the box or anywhere else. I will touch on why that is important a bit later.
Taking a look at the right-hand side, we find some images of the MasterLiquid ML240P Mirage detailing its RGB features. The top of the box is just a black panel with the Cooler Master logo and product name. The bottom just lists the fact that you can find more information on the ML360R RGB on Cooler Master's website.

Cooler Master's MasterLiquid ML240P Mirage comes in the standard brown cardboard tray coupled with a thin sheet of foam on top. Overall, this style of packaging is fine. While not quite to the standard I like to see, especially for the current price, it has proven adequate over the years.
The Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240P Mirage has support for every modern socket you can think of, which Cooler Master facilitates by bundling an absurd amount of parts with the cooler, not just for installing it but also setting up the ARGB LED hub.
What is missing, however, is detailed documentation in the box that would tell you how to best set up the ARGB control hub. Instead, the guide for that is buried in the product page download section with no mention of its existence. Furthermore, the fact that the cooler is compatible with their MasterPlus+ software is only mentioned in a single line of tiny text on the back of the box. These oversights should not happen and need to be corrected. Detailed instructions should be included in the box, along with a direct mention of their software control.
