Packaging

Aside from the mouse, one finds a quick start guide, charging cable (USB Type-A to Type-C), wireless extender, and set of grip tape (four pieces for the sides and main buttons) in the box.

Weight

My scale shows around 59 g (+/- 1 g), which is almost exactly in line with the weight cited by Cooler Master. An excellent weight, especially considering its medium size and that the MM731 lacks externally visible holes. Compared to several of its right-handed ergonomic peers, such as the Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro at 87 g, ASUS ROG Gladius III at 89 g, SteelSeries Prime Wireless at 80 g, and ROCCAT Kone Pro Air at 73 g, the MM731 comes out on top with ease.

Cable

The MM731 comes with a paracord-like, braided charging cable (Type-A to Type-C). In terms of flexibility, this one joins the ranks of other wireless mice with highly flexible charging cables, such as the ASUS ROG Gladius III Wireless, SteelSeries Prime Wireless, or ROCCAT Kone Pro Air. As such, I consider this cable flexible enough to where the MM731 is perfectly usable as a wired mouse. Its measured length is 1.80 m. The cable has a ferrite bead attached, which reduces signal noise, as well as a gold-plated USB connector.

The charging cable also functions as an extension cable if used in conjunction with the wireless extender. The wireless extender can be used to keep the distance between dongle and mouse as short as possible. A storage compartment for the wireless dongle is located on the underside of the mouse.

Feet

The feet on the MM731 are white-dyed pure PTFE (Teflon) feet with slightly rounded edges. Glide is very good and thickness average. The ring around the sensor ensures CPI stay consistent upon applying vertical pressure.
