The Sentinel Advance gaming mouse does what it is supposed to, clean and simple. It has an abundance of extra features which you may or may not need. To me the mouse is over the top in regards to aesthetics, all the lights in the world do not make it any prettier. If CoolerMaster had spent more time on the design rather than on the lights I bet they could have made a killer mouse, but that is not the case. The problem with the CoolerMaster mouse is that it is an overly gimmicky mouse that retails at upwards € 60 which is way too high for such a mouse.
On the performance side of things the Sentinel Advance surprises somewhat. The tracking is quite close to being on par with that of gaming mice from the bigger mouse brands. If you are a regular gamer the Sentinel will probably be good enough for just about anything.
The Sentinel Advance is a real jack of all trades. It does a lot of things right but is just a little to quircky to be a true master of just one thing.
