Shape

The Nightsabre Wireless is among the the more unique shapes available currently. In fact, I had a hard time finding anything even remotely similar. There is a minor resemblance to the Razer Lancehead, but ultimately, the Nightsabre Wireless is its own thing. Two things stand out in particular: First, while the hump is centered, it barely slopes down towards either end, as the Nightsabre Wireless retains most of its profile across the entire length. As a result, the front in particular sits a decent bit higher than on many other ambidextrous designs. Second, the front is wider at the top than at the bottom, whereas the opposite is true for the rear. Accordingly, the bottom flares out more than the front, but only at the bottom, while the reverse applies to the top. This also means that the Nightsabre Wireless is rather narrow around the grip area in the middle, and with how the rear narrows towards the top, the Nightsabre Wireless doesn't have as much palm support as most other designs, yet plenty of room for one's fingers on the main buttons. Overall, I find this design quite interesting, though I wouldn't describe it as particularly ergonomic or comfortable, however after some getting used to, it wasn't unpleasant at least.

As for grip styles, I'd say the Nightsabre Wireless is generally suited for palm and claw grip. It is a medium-sized mouse with a barely pronounced hump, which makes it suitable for medium to large hands. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the Nightsabre Wireless mostly comfortable in claw grip.

Dimensions

This table includes the dimensions of the Nightsabre Wireless and several other ambidextrous mice. "Front height" denotes the distance between the base and main buttons. Measurements with two decimals have been taken with a caliper, while those with one decimal have been taken with a ruler.
