SPD Display and Temperature Monitoring

The Ballistix M.O.D. utility has neat little tools for every functions, including controlling any onboard LEDs (if equipped). It also displays the SPD timing info and temperature for modules so equipped. The Ballistix Elite DDR4 does have thermal monitoring included.


There are a few settings available, including changing the polling rate and setting up some warnings that trigger when the DIMMs reach your preset temperature. The highest I was able to get my Ballistix Elite modules with standard voltages is displayed in the last picture of the Ballistix M.O.D. utility shown above.
