Finished Looks
Like many ARGB-equipped liquid coolers, the LIQMAX III has a high contrast black and white design as it will allow for the best-possible looks when everything is illuminated. Other than that, the cooler looks sharp even if you have no use for the LED lighting.
Graphics card and memory clearance remain a strong point here with no issues to report. Anyone looking to use this cooler can run the tallest memory they can find without a problem, and there should be no issues or conflicts regardless of which graphics card you happen to have either.
The ARGB LED illumination is especially good on the fans, but the pump has some spots where the color fades out a tiny bit. Still, it looks good overall, and the cooler's built-in controller works just fine. I did encounter an issue when opting for motherboard control. The pump would not light up at all, but the fans would. No combination of wiring allowed me to overcome that issue. However, I did test on a different board and it worked fine, which means there is some level of incompatibility with MSI's Mystic Light. Considering the cooler is supposedly compatible with it, I can't truly place blame on either Enermax or MSI; however, it is something to keep in mind.
