The fans are controlled by a ITE chip, which is commonly seen on Gigabyte motherboards.
Fan control on the Gigabyte X570S AERO G can be accessed in the BIOS. Gigabyte does have fan-controlling software listed as "System Information Viewer". The Gigabyte X570S AERO G has a total of eight fan headers placed throughout the board. Two of which are for the CPU cooler.
