Finished Looks

With the LEDs off, the Auraflow X 240 has a neutral theme with its black and white appearance. Considering the massive number of RGB LED-equipped all-in-one liquid coolers on the market, ID-Cooling's latest offering will not wow you. It is not unique in any way, shape or form. However, it is affordable and delivers on the necessary features, meaning it more than passes muster, but is not something to get excited about.

Like the majority of all-in-one liquid CPU coolers, the ID-Cooling Auraflow X 240 offers perfect clearance for memory and graphics cards.

When it comes to pure looks, the Auraflow X 240's RGB LEDs provide a nice touch that should look good in any system. While the overall illumination from the LEDs is not as bright when compared to previous ID-Cooling units, the color is at least fairly uniform. Software support was perfectly fine via MSI Mystic Light, and the included controller functioned perfectly as well.
