Installation
To install the Dashflow 360 XT on an AMD system, you will need to remove the plastic brackets on the motherboard. Once removed, you will reuse the AMD backplate to secure the mounting hardware. First, take the AMD mounting screws and put them through the proper brackets, then slide a red plastic standoff over the screw. Now thread the screw into the backplate but leave it loose and do the same thing on the other side so you can secure the first bracket. Repeat for the second bracket, and then make sure everything is fully secure. Now you can apply the thermal paste and make sure to do a better job than I did in this particular photo.
Now remove the pump cover by sliding it up and off the pump. Once removed, you can then position the pump on the CPU and secure it by tightening down the two screws. With the pump fully secure, slide the cover back over the fan.
Now secure the radiator to the chassis and install the fans. Once that is done, make sure to route your cables and plug everything in.
Overall, the installation was pretty straightforward on AMD; it was not the best mounting solution, but it worked just fine. I would have preferred threaded standoffs on the AMD side to make things easier. On Intel, the installation is a walk in the park. The spacers hold the backplate in place enough to slide the mounting brackets on and then secure everything via the nuts.
