A Closer Look - Outside
The Jonsbo UMX4 has glass panels and is made out of aluminum. Three sides of the chassis - the top, front, and bottom - are actually a single piece of metal, which gives the chassis a really clean, understated look. In the rear, everything looks normal at first, but as you can see, the PSU bay is missing, so it has to be somewhere else within the case.
Both sides are made completely out of tempered glass and are held in place by four large thumbscrews each. The glass has quite the tint to it, which is a rather nice touch.
The only things you will find in front are the two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 plugs, below the power button and audio I/O. There is no reset button and no logo anywhere on this brushed aluminum panel.
The power plug in the rear is on the very bottom, so you can still connect your system easily - regardless of its inner layout. Above that are the seven expansion slots. These are protected by removable metal-mesh covers. In the very top is a 120 mm exhaust fan behind a fine metal-mesh cover. It is set to push air out the back.
The entire top is one big air vent with a black metal-mesh cover. You may remove it with a press of a button, which reveals two 120 mm fans. You should also be able to place a radiator of up to 240 mm in size here if you like. You will also find the exposed end of the PSU bay in the ceiling of the chassis.
