Chip Component Analysis

SSD Controller

We've encountered the Silicon Motion SM2263XT controller on several M.2 SSDs before. It is an entry-level controller with four flash channels and support for DRAM-less TLC.

SSD Flash Chips

The four flash chips are Micron 96-layer 3D QLC NAND; they have been rebranded by Kingston. Each chip has a capacity of 256 GB.
