The external box is bright with easy to read lettering. On the front you have the cooler in all its ARGB illuminated glory along with noted support for the various motherboard vendor's ARGB control solutions. Turning to the left side you have a simple table covering the specifications with no details left out which is nice to see. As for the back, it lists off the various features with the usual marketing twist to make things sound more impressive.


Taking a look on the left side and the top you will find the product and company names, and the logo with little else to see. As for the bottom it lists the packaging contents and features another table detailing the compatible sockets much like the left side above. What I find odd is that the six-year warranty, while great, only gets a tiny mention on the back of the box. The company should have instead featured that more prominently on the front, this lack of awareness means they passed up an easy opportunity to improve their standing, instead opting for a tiny marketing blurb.

The internal packaging is your standard cardboard tray with the fans pre-installed on the radiator and placed to one side with everything else neatly bundled beneath the tubing leading to the pump block. While I tend to prefer foam being used to protect products, the cardboard tray has proven adequate over the years.


Montech's HyperFlow ARGB 240 can be considered traditional in that there are no fancy extras included, which is fine. Rather the company includes everything you actually need and this helps keep costs in check. Thankfully they actually include a manual, which while simple, is still a step-up when compared to brands that have moved to QR codes with online only manuals.
