In terms of visual aesthetics, the Montech Metal DT24 Premium certainly ticks all the boxes. With the ARGB lighting off, the cooler offers a nice bit of contrast that helps it stand out without dominating the overall build. Meanwhile, since the color scheme is black, gray, and white, it should fit the majority of build themes if you are not a fan of ARGB lighting. If, on the other hand, you do want ARGB lighting, then the cooler will fit just about any theme you can dream up.
While Montech claims to have perfect compatibility with memory, that is only partially true. Sure, if you remove the front fan and take into account the cutaway fins, then yes, 99% of system memory will fit. However, with the front fan in place, you're limited to standard height DIMMs if you don't want to lose out on maximum cooling potential. While you can increase compatibility by raising the fan, that will increase overall cooler height. While case compatibility at 158 mm by default should be good enough for most enclosures, going beyond that will begin to limit your options. On the graphics card front, I had no problems or clearance issues.
When it comes to the ARGB lighting, I was surprised by its overall uniformity when set to static colors. It was crisp and bright without being overpowering. I will note that during rapid color transitions, the overall color could get a bit bright and turn more white in certain areas, but it was less noticeable in person compared to what the camera picked up.
