The cooler on the Power Edition uses three heatpipes which transport heat quickly to the two fin arrays, where it is removed by the two fans.

Once the main heatsink is removed, you can see the secondary heatsink which covers voltage regulation circuitry and memory.

Graphics Card Power Plugs

The card requires a single 6-pin PCI-Express power connector. This configuration is good for up to 150 W of power draw.

MSI uses a uPI uP1637 voltage controller on their card. I couldn't find any information about it online, but it is supported in MSI Afterburner for voltage control.

Graphics Card Memory Chips

The GDDR5 memory chips are made by Hynix, and carry the model number H5GQ2H24MFR-T2C. They are specified to run at 1250 MHz (5000 MHz GDDR5 effective).

Graphics Chip GPU

AMD's new Pitcairn graphics processor completes the AMD 28 nm GPU stack. It is produced on a 28 nm process at TSMC, with a transistor count of 2.8 billion.
