MSI has fitted the Z77A-GD65 GAMING board with a customized BIOS that chimes really well with everything else about the board's presentation, including the dragons and a black and red color scheme. The options offered are very similar to what I found in the MSI Z77 MPower BIOS, but they have been simplified in such way that actual overclocking is quite a bit easier to get going; that said, I still find these options to have been laid out in an odd format. What's presented does diverge quite a bit from what I have found on other brands, but once you wrap your head around the differences, what is provided is just as functional as any other current UEFI BIOS. My mouse and keyboard both worked without any issues, which was also a nice treat.
