Noontec did a great job with the Hammo Wireless. These headphones tick all the right boxes and present great value for the money. For $150, you get a pair of exceptionally comfortable wireless headphones that can hold up to 50 hours on a single charge, have no trouble pairing with your devices via Bluetooth 4.1, and can even be used for hands-free phone conversations because of the built-in microphone.

Perhaps most importantly, they sound great. The built-in 50-milimeter drivers offer a flat frequency response, which means that they strive to stay as true to the source as possible without artificially overemphasizing any part of the spectrum. The sound is perfectly clear at any volume, accurate and wide for a closed-back design. Instrument separation is great, and they have no trouble keeping up with very complex songs. Users that prefer rap, EDM and other bass-heavy genres will probably find the bass response somewhat lacking, but that doesn't mean it's not present at all. It's there, it's fast, and it does a good job of bringing excitement and warmth to every music genre that's not laser-focused on the low end.

The Hammo Wireless sports an intuitive set of controls on the left ear cup. Here, we can skip songs, adjust the volume, and answer and drop phone calls. One of the buttons is used to activate Bluetooth pairing, which only needs to be done once - as soon as the headphones remember your smartphone, pairing them comes down to turning on the headphones and Bluetooth on your device. They can also be paired via NFC.

I'd be happier if they were a bit less plasticky, although it should be noted that after two months of daily use, they still looked pristine. No dents, stretches, loose parts or anything of the sort. As far as design goes, I usually don't like anything painted gold, but here, the combination of gray plastic and golden accents actually works. The bundle contains everything you might need - two extra audio cables, a charging cable (done via the 3.5-mm audio port), and a hard-shell carrying case, which the headphones can be folded into.

If you're looking for good wireless headphones and don't consider yourself a bass head, just get these - they offer a ton of bang for your buck.
